Algorithmics Referral Program Agreement for Existing Algorithmics UK Customers

(i) Company details

This Referral Program is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any company other than Algorithmics UK

(ii) Program length

  • Referral Program start date: 20.04.2021 GMT
  • Referral Program end date: 20.04.2022 GMT

(iii) Participant restrictions

  • Participants must be an existing customer at Algorithmics UK with a registered Algorithmics UK account
  • Participants must be a parent/guardian of a current or former Algorithmics UK student
  • Participants must be 18yrs+
  • Participants must live in the UK or Ireland and have a registered UK or Irish address

(iv) Entry instructions

  • Participants acknowledge that entry into this Referral Program is consent to the terms and conditions
  • Participants can achieve successful referrals either online with a unique referral link or in person using a participants first name and surname.
    1. A unique UTM referral link will be provided by Algorithmics UK to participants. Any new customer generated by this referral link will be logged and the associated participant credited for the referral.
    2. In person (inclusive of phone conversations or any communication method that does not occur via the unique referral link) the new customer must state that they have been referred and must quote the participants first name and surname when registering for a course.
  • Participants must share their own unique referral link or name only and cannot act on behalf of any other person.

(v) Successful referral requirements

To qualify as a successful referral, a new customer must use the unique referral link shared with them by the participant or quote the participants first name and surname as a referral to register for an Algorithmics UK course

To qualify as a successful referral, a new customer must register and pay for their Algorithmics UK course in full or have paid for at least 2 months of studies on their course. A referral will not qualify as successful until the course payment is completed in full or Algorithmics UK has received a minimum of 2 months payment towards the course. No rewards will be given until 5 successful referrals have been completed in full as per these terms.

This Referral Program is for referral leads only. This program does not include any leads generated from any other activity. Only new customers from direct referrals using the unique referral link shared with them or quoting the participant’s first name and surname will be considered.

(vi) Reward stipulations

  • Participants must successfully refer 5 new customers to Algorithmics UK who purchase a course in full or have paid for at least 2 months of studies on their course. Successful referral requirements outlined in section (v)
  • Successful referrals will be tracked and recorded using the unique UTM tracking link provided to the participant by Algorithmics UK or manually submitted when a new customer quotes the participant’s first name and surname name as a referral at the time of booking.
  • When any participant successfully refers 5 new customers who purchase a course in full or have paid for at least 2 months of studies on their course the participant will be informed by email and SMS that they have achieved 5 successful referrals

(vii) Reward details

  • Participants who achieve 5 successful referrals will be contact by email and SMS and will be requested to choose one of the following rewards

Reward option 1- Macbook Air* (up to the value of £1,000)
Reward option 2- iPhone12 Pro* (up to the value of £1,000)

*subject to availability

  • Participants will be notified within 14 days of completion of 5 successful referrals
  • Participants must confirm in writing via email which reward they would like to select and must respond by the close date (20.04.2022) to qualify for the reward
  • Participants will receive one reward for every 5 successful referrals made. There is no cap to how many successful referrals a participant can achieve
  • The reward will be sent to the participant in the mail. As a registered participant the reward will be sent to the registered postal address associated with your Algorithmics UK account. We are not liable for any incorrect personal information registered with us including your postal address and any subsequent loss that may occur due to the incorrect information provided. Any updates or change of address must be clearly communicated in writing when you confirm which reward you have selected as above by the close date (20.04.2022)
  • The reward will be dispatched no more than 28 days after the participant has confirmed in writing via email which reward they have selected
  • The only rewards available are those detailed above. Rewards are subject to availability and if for any reason neither is available at the time of completion or a price change of either reward increases above the given value of £1,000 an alternative reward up to the same value of £1,000 will be offered to the successful participant
  • No cash alternative is offered as a reward and the reward must be obtained by the successful participant only, it cannot be transferred

(viii) Limitation of Liability

We will not, for any reason whatsoever, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or The Programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We hold no liability whatsoever for any reward products received including loss, damage or faults.

Indemnification. Refers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Algorithmics UK Parties harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the Referrer of any of these Program Terms or any violation by Referrer of applicable law.

(ix) Termination.

Algorithmics UK may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Referral Program or Referral Program Terms at any time, without notice. Algorithmics UK may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Participants participation in the Referral Program for breach of these Program Terms or taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Program Terms or Terms of Use. The amount and type of rewards that you may obtain by participating in the Referral Program can change at any time.

(x) Updates to the Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Algorithmics UK reserves the right to modify these Referral Program Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to You. If we modify these Program Terms, we will post the modification on the Site, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.

(xi) Privacy

We will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy

(xii) Governing law and jurisdiction

If any provision in these Referral Program Terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Except where prohibited, disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to this Program will be resolved under the laws of England, and except where prohibited, the jurisdiction of the English courts.

By taking part in this Referral Program you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it in its entirety, and agree to all of its Terms and Conditions. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the Referral Program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this Agreement.
